The hotel's location was great. It allowed us to easily explore the city and visit popular attractions. We loved that the staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to help us with our needs. the hotel room was equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a clean and strong wifi connection.
We found the breakfast menu to be limited, lacking variety and options. the room we were first shown was different from the photos and had a glass door that didn't entirely block the noise and pollution from outside.

The hotel is located in a convenient spot close to popular tourist destinations, like Lotte Towers and many historic spots, down a little alley. the room has comfortable furniture, a cozy atmosphere, and a powerful Wi-Fi signal. the staff are friendly and welcoming.
The breakfast menu lacks diversity.

We had a great stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff were absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to assist us with any issues we had. The room we were given was spotless and designed in a very Japanese way, making the most out of the space. The hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that it was close to shopping malls as well. The complimentary water provided every day was a nice touch, and the bedroom TV even had Netflix! this place offered enhanced comfort and quality services.
That our initial room didn't match the photos and the noise from the busy road outside could not be completely shut out. However, the staff quickly moved us to a larger room that was exactly like the photos and much quieter.

We booked a room at Fukurai Hotel & Apartment 2 Ha Noi for our stay in Hanoi and were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and comfortable rooms. The facilities, such as the induction stove and washing machine, were convenient for our needs. The hotel's location near Lotte Towers and many consulate offices was also a plus. Despite being a bit far from the Old Quarter, it was still easy to access the main attractions in Hanoi. we had a satisfactory experience at Fukurai Hotel & Apartment 2 Ha Noi and would recommend it to others.
